I enjoy working with youth who are navigating confidence struggles, harsh self-criticism, and low self-esteem, as well as those managing co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, including working toward sobriety. I also support clients in understanding attachment patterns and relationship dynamics, especially when these feel confusing or hard to change.
My approach is creative and engaging, and I aim to meet clients where they are. I balance structure with flexibility, helping clients build insight while also developing tools they can actually use in their day-to-day lives.
While I work with clients across the lifespan, I feel especially drawn to working with adolescents, young adults, and young women as they navigate identity, relationships, and life transitions.
